  1. What are the most important things a potential client needs to know about working with you?
  • I work with my clients in long-term, collaborative partnerships. My clients are highly capable professionals and so am I. I want to understand as much about your business as possible so that I can be effective in helping you achieve your goals.
  • I have my own well-equipped office.
  • I pay my own taxes.
  • I am a business owner, like you.
  • I have a huge network of resources. If I can't help you, I can find someone who can.
  • I can help you:
      • Be more organized and more efficient
      • Focus on the part of your business that you find most satisfying
      • Enjoy both your work life and your personal life more
  1. Who are your "ideal" clients?

I prefer to work with professional but light-hearted people who are passionate about their work. I work best with clients who are willing and able to turn over some aspects of their business to me in order to see their business thrive. They understand that they need to provide adequate information for me to complete a task, and then turn me loose and let me get it done. I particularly enjoy brainstorming and helping my clients come up with new ideas. My goal is to become a valued and trusted asset to my clients.

  1. Do you speak Spanish?

Si. My friends in Spain have dubbed me “fluent,” but I'm not comfortable claiming that just yet. I can carry on a fairly complex business conversation, even over the phone, but I wouldn’t want to discuss existentialism en espanol. If you need in-depth Spanish support, I have ProBiz Partners in Spain, and also, ready-to-help experts who come from Mexico and South America but are currently living in the United States. I promise that I will be able to claim absolute fluency some day.

  1. May I see samples of your work?

Sure. This site is designed and built by me and only me, so if you like it, I'll take the credit. If you don't like it, well, I guess I can't win 'em all. The photographs are all mine (except for the one of me, which I did by setting up the camera and handing it to a waiter in Spain). To see other writing and design samples, feel free to contact me.

TOOLS I RECOMMEND
mozy.com is a free online storage service. Backup your files and access them when you travel. Be sure and read the End User License Agreement to understand how it works. If you sign up, please use my referral code: J74D4I and we'll both get extra free storage.

pingo.com is prepaid phone service, especially for international calls, that can save you big bucks. Pre-pay for long-distance service and use a simple access code to get European long distance for as little as 2 cents a minute! (Careful of European cell phones, though, they're expensive to call!)

grisoft.com is where you can get software my tech guy recommends--AVG Anti-Virus and Ewido anti-spyware. There are free versions for single computer home users, and reasonably priced versions for business.

ART & CHARITY
laventanadeloscielos.org/

"La Ventana de Los Cielos" means "The Window to Heaven" This is a foundation setup by Ricardo Montaner, a famous Latin-American ballad singer, and his wife, Marlene. This foundation in Miami provides services to children with autism. My friend, Beatriz Gomez, worked with her colleagues to create an amazing calendar to benefit the foundation. Unfortunately the page has not yet been translated to English, but the calendar will be available in both English and Spanish.

beatrizgomez.com

You don't have to speak Spanish to enjoy the beautiful artwork of my friend Beatriz Gomez!
