Experience has taught me that it is usually you, my client, who can best define what services you need. If you prefer, you and I can simply talk through what services I can provide that would be most useful, and I will make recommendations. However, if you are a person who does not mind making lists, you can take the ProBiz Partners Challenge. (For those of you who like acronymns, let’s call it the PBPC). The PBPC requires very sophisticated technology–a pen and a piece of paper. Keep a piece of paper next to your desk or in your pocket for one week, and use that high-tech pen to make three lists:
- Everything you do that's related to your business.
- Everything you do that is not your specialty, that you dislike doing, or that you don't have time for. (You may want to include personal tasks that I could do for you, for example, send birthday reminders, book personal travel, organize a party.)
- Everything on List 2 you could use help with.
Now look at List 3. This is where I come in. Once you have this list, you'll see how much of your time is being absorbed by these "non-core," but very necessary tasks. Imagine how much more productive you could be if you had a highly skilled, trusted partner that could take care of List 3.
Don't put it off any longer -- contact me and find out how ProBiz Partners can be YOUR partner to make your dreams a reality! |

I have successfully completed a wide range of projects, and if you email me the results of your PBPC, I'll tell you how I can handle almost any task on your list. And if it's outside my skill set, I can call on one of the ProBiz Partners to assist. The bottom line: relax and consider it done! The following list is intended to give you an idea of what sorts of things I could do for you.
- Web marketing consultation
- Brainstorm new ideas for your business
- Small business setup
- Web technology consultation
- Create and maintain databases
- Design and create simple brochures and marketing materials
- Write original content for brochures and websites
- Design and build simple websites
- Project manage the design and construction of high-end websites
- Design and send newsletters
- Create policies, procedures, or forms
- Organize and manage events (I once set up every aspect of a "surprise" wedding in Paris.)
- Conduct research
- Provide digital photography services

Billing is done on a retainer basis, at the beginning of each month. The minimum retainer is ten hours a month. Please contact me for current hourly rates. This, rather than a pay-as-you-go system, is an advantage for you because you will know that I have reserved a set number of hours for you each month, and that no other work will take precedence over yours during those hours.
I have a very strong work ethic and will bill only for time that I actually work for you. Your bill will never reflect time that I took to go get coffee or answer someone else's email. Because I reserve a set number of hours for you during the month, unused time does not roll over to the next month.
Invoices will include detailed descriptions of the work completed. Materials and phone charges incurred on your behalf will be authorized by you in advance and billed with your regular invoice. |
